My Style
The relationship we build in therapy matters. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuine - one where you can explore the deeper roots of your experiences, process what feels stuck, and move toward meaningful change.
Specialties
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process and heal from difficult or traumatic experiences. Instead of just talking through the past, EMDR helps reduce the emotional weight memories carry, so they no longer feel as overwhelming or "stuck." EMDR can be used for a wide variety of issues, for example: PTSD, sexual abuse, and OCD.
Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, constant worry, or a body that never quite feels at ease. Together, we'll work to understand what's driving your anxiety and build practical tools to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control.
Self-Esteem
How we see ourselves shapes nearly every part of our lives - relationships, work, decisions, and how we handle setbacks. We'll work on identifying the patterns and beliefs holding you back, so you can build a stronger, more authentic sense of self.
Attachment & Relationship Patterns
The way we connect with others - and how safe, secure, or anxious we feel in relationships is often shaped by our earliest experiences. If you find yourself repeating the same relationship or friendship patterns, struggling with trust, or feeling overly responsible for others' emotions, attachment-focused work can help. Together, we'll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, so you can build healthier, more secure connections - with others and with yourself.
Life Transitions
Whether it's a career change, relationship shift, move, or new chapter, transitions - even positive ones - can bring up uncertainty and stress. I'll help you navigate the change with clarity and confidence, so you can move forward feeling supported rather than overwhelmed.

I utilize play therapy and humor with both tweens and teens to make therapy feel more comfortable. Together, we can explore stress related to friendships, family relationships, school work, identity/values, self-esteem, and more.

Young adulthood is overwhelming. The stress of college, career changes, relationships, and figuring out who you are outside of others' expectations is what I can help untangle. With collaboration, we can work through the anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions that are inevitable in this life stage; while building confidence and tools for long-term resilience.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and sense of authenticity. I integrate inner child work alongside strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to help high-functioning adults process the past, manage stress, and create meaningful change.
